We take the security of your tenant’s deposits very seriously. It is for this reason, we use the Government accredited Deposit Protection Service (DPS) custodial scheme. On receiving the full deposit we submit the total amount to the DPS who hold it in trust until the completion of the tenancy. This is the safest form of deposit protection and, in our opinion, the only form of deposit protection letting agents should use.
